Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

🥤 About Our Juices

All our juices are raw, cold-pressed, and never heated.
We use high-quality slow juicers to retain the natural nutrients, flavour, and freshness of the ingredients.
Each juice is freshly made and delivered on the same day it’s prepared.

🚚 Orders & Delivery Schedule

• Orders placed before 16:30 will be delivered on the next available delivery day — Monday, Wednesday, or Friday.

• Deliveries take place between 10:30 AM and 2:00 PM.

• All juices are delivered in insulated cold bags to keep them fresh.

• Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery. If you won’t be home, we can leave your order in a safe place (if pre-arranged), but we cannot take responsibility for the product once it has been left.

⏱️ Delivery Delays

If something beyond our control (for example, severe weather, traffic delays, or supply issues) affects your delivery time, we will contact you promptly to explain the situation and do our best to put things right.

❄️ Product Handling & Storage

Our juices are unpasteurised and should be kept refrigerated (0–5 °C) at all times.
For best quality, please consume within 2days of delivery.
Do not drink the juice if it has been left unrefrigerated or if the seal is broken.

⚠️ Allergies & Ingredients

Some of our juices may contain or come into contact with celery.
Please check the ingredient list before consuming.
We cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions where ingredients have been correctly stated.
