My name is Valentina, and I started Valvita with one simple mission – to make it easier for people in Dundee to enjoy fresh, nourishing juices made from real fruits and vegetables.
I grew up in a small mountain town where I was surrounded by nature’s best – fresh fruits, vegetables, wholesome food, and clean drinks. That lifestyle shaped who I am today and gave me a deep appreciation for the power of natural, unprocessed foods. When I moved to the city, I realised how challenging it can be to keep up with healthy eating, especially with busy schedules and the fast pace of modern life.
Health experts recommend that adults eat at least five portions of fruits and vegetables every day – ideally more. But between work, family, and daily commitments, reaching that goal can often feel out of reach. That’s where cold pressed juice comes in. It’s not a replacement for eating whole fruits and vegetables, but it can be a simple, refreshing, and delicious way to add more goodness into your day.
With Valvita, I wanted to create more than just juice. I wanted to offer a healthier alternative to the sugary soft drinks and processed juices on supermarket shelves. Every bottle is made fresh in Dundee and delivered to your door on the very same day – every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. That way, you know you’re getting the very best quality, taste, and nutrition.
